The AFSCME bargaining team after 3 months of negotiating with Ramsey County management, finally received the employer's first economic offer. It included Wage freezes, step freezes, healthcare premium increases and other harmful proposals. Your bargaining team was insulted by the offer and filed for mediation. We are back at the table in mediation on December 27th and 29th.
