Remember filling out job description surveys last year as part of the TARP initiative? Ramsey County has now completed their evaluation of job study surveys (known as the Gallagher study) and has recommended new terms and conditions of your employment to the County Board. These proposed changes may radically impact your classification, job duties and pay. Ramsey County management is considering changes that could seriously diminish the rewards and choices you have earned by length of service. Ramsey County management will push forward with their plans if our union members do not speak up.
